Business Level Security

Only an authorized person can access a server. Only designated system administrators can log into the back-end of your web-to-print storefront and see business data. This means your orders, customer details, etc. are kept confidential. Your end users will also need to log into the front-end to operate their account.

The OnPrintShop solution is hosted on the Cloud server (Amazon AWS). AWS has built world-class, highly secured infrastructure, both physically and over the internet. A few highlights from the security measures mentioned on AWS website are stated below.

Your database is the backbone of your business. So, we maintain isolated customer databases and designs at the server level. All data is confidential & so nobody has access to it, without the owner’s permission.

Design is a big asset for any print service provider. In our solution, printers can publish and manage design templates for end users. The PDF Preview File is watermarked and secured.

Data Backups & Disaster Recovery (SAAS)

The two most common reasons for data loss are: (1) Malicious activities and (2) Natural/Man-made disaster. So, as per our disaster management practice, we perform regular backups of our servers. As an additional safety measure we maintain enterprise level back-up on-site and off-site.

For printers we have developed a checkout process that requires customers to make payment before they confirm their order.

All payment transactions on the web takes place on payment gateways that are secured through SSL encryptions. This makes online payments safe and trustworthy.
